All orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our Yaba workshop. Processing takes 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your St.David's piece. If something isn't right, here's how to return or exchange it.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email support@stdavidsshoes.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approval
We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and our workshop address.
Ship or Drop Off
Return the item in its original condition. You can mail it or drop it off at our Yaba workshop.
Inspection & Refund
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Return Policy
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Funds are credited to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as returns — simply return your item and place a new order for the correct size.
Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the error was on our part.
Workshop drop-offs for exchanges are free.

Lifetime Repair Guarantee
Every St.David's piece is built to last. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
Lifetime Guarantee (Free Repairs)
Covers defects in materials or craftsmanship — stitches coming undone, hardware failure, leather splitting. Normal wear, patina development, and accidental damage are not covered.
Paid Repairs
For damage not covered by our guarantee — worn edges, broken hardware from misuse, water damage, or third-party alterations. We'll provide a quote before starting work.
